Privacy policy

This statement describes what happens to your data when you visit wohnungsabnahmeprotokoll.com. It is written for this specific website rather than as a generic template.

1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

Devacon GmbH
Lessingstraße 16
16356 Ahrensfelde
Germany
Phone: +49 30 8145332-0
Email: info_contact@devacon.eu
Managing Director: Dipl.-Ing. Eduard Meiler

2. Hosting and server logs

This website runs on servers operated by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, in a data centre located in Germany. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.

Each time a page is requested, data transmitted by your browser is automatically written to log files:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of access
  • the address requested and the volume of data transferred
  • a message indicating whether the request succeeded
  • the previously visited page (referrer), plus browser and operating system details

This processing is technically necessary in order to deliver the website, keep it stable and detect attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and functioning operation (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest, and are not combined with any other data.

3. Cookies

This website does not set any tracking cookies, so no consent banner is required. A small notice at the bottom of the screen merely informs you about the analytics software we use. When you dismiss the notice, your browser remembers this locally (localStorage, key cookie-note-dismissed); no data is transmitted to us. This storage is technically necessary and permitted under Section 25 (2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG.

4. Audience measurement with Umami

For audience measurement we use the open-source software Umami. Umami runs self-hosted on our own server in the European Union; no data is shared with third parties and no data is transferred to third countries.

Umami works without cookies and does not store any personal data: no cookies are set, IP addresses are not stored, and no cross-device identifier is created. Only aggregated information is collected, such as pages visited, the approximate origin of the visit (e.g. search engine or referring website), browser and device type, and country of origin. It is not possible to identify individual visitors.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a privacy-friendly analysis of the reach of our online offering (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Since no cookies are set and no information is stored on or read from your device, consent under Section 25 TDDDG is not required.

5. Fonts, images and external content

Fonts and images are loaded entirely from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external image service, so your IP address is not transmitted to anyone for that purpose.

There are no embedded videos, maps or other third-party content on this site that would be loaded when you open it.

6. Getting in touch

This website contains no contact form of its own. For a demo or an enquiry we link to offerings at emodat.com and devacon.eu. You only leave this website once you follow one of those links, at which point the privacy policy published there applies.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry on the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. We delete that data once it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention periods apply.

7. Links to the app stores

We link to the app listings in the Apple App Store and on Google Play. The store buttons are local graphics hosted on our own server, so simply viewing this page establishes no connection to Apple or Google.

Only when you click one of those links do you reach the respective provider, which then processes data on its own responsibility.

8. Recipients of your data

  • IONOS SE, hosting, processor under Article 28 GDPR
  • Google Ireland Limited, Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads, each only with your consent

There are no other recipients. Beyond this we do not pass on your data. No sale of data takes place. Transfers to the USA may occur in connection with the Google services, safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (sections 4 to 6).

9. Your rights

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • access to the data stored (Article 15 GDPR)
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR)
  • erasure (Article 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
  • withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Article 7 (3) GDPR)

Right to object: you may object to processing based on a legitimate interest on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). An informal message to the address above is sufficient.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time. The authority responsible for us is:

Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg
Stahnsdorfer Damm 77
14532 Kleinmachnow, Germany
www.lda.brandenburg.de

11. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR takes place.

12. Obligation to provide data

This website can be used without providing personal data. There is no statutory or contractual obligation to provide any.

13. Changes to this statement
